We loved rooms with a queen bed.
Some people working there were not that friendly.

Recently decorated and spacious rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, a dining area, a sitting area, and a work desk. Welcoming hotel employees all round.
Not particularly friendly staff!

I was placed in a room facing Ellis Street. There was a nightclub outside and the air conditioning unit let in all the noise from the nightclub. It was unfortunate that I was placed in such a noisy room despite there being other quieter rooms available. I literally had 2 hrs sleep on the thurs night. I was informed the room could not be modified due to the building being listed.

Free WiFi, excellent location, helpful staff.
Small rooms, odd furnishing. Very modern furnishing with very old doors, floors, etc. Windows open into a small courtyard about 2 meter wide, view of a wall.

The units are fabulous, fairly quiet with comfy beds and black out curtains, for example.

We thought that the staff people on duty were particularly friendly and helpful. The location is great for a sf family adventure weekend.
If would have been nice if there had been a bathtub in the larger room. I should have inquired about that ahead of time.
