We loved rooms with a queen bed.

Some people working there were not that friendly.

    Very good

Recently decorated and spacious rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, a dining area, a sitting area, and a work desk. Welcoming hotel employees all round.

    Not particularly friendly staff!

Good, clean, comfy hotel in downtown San Francisco. Walking distance to top class dining and shopping, and just around the corner was the cable car, municipal buses and the bart. The staff were genuine, friendly, and helpful. Whole hotel

Great location. Nice room with very comfortable bed.I Was only in San Francisco 18 hours after flying from nz so the hotel was a beautiful comfortable oasis after the horror of a 13 hour coach class (full) flight.

They offered huge and fairly quiet rooms with a queen bed, constant vibrating windows. Had a fridge and glassware at our disposal.

This hotel in the heart of the city offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the prime location. The attention to detail is evident in the recently remodeled rooms, which feature

    location

I was placed in a room facing Ellis Street. There was a nightclub outside and the air conditioning unit let in all the noise from the nightclub. It was unfortunate that I was placed in such a noisy room despite there being other quieter rooms available. I literally had 2 hrs sleep on the thurs night. I was informed the room could not be modified due to the building being listed.

Free WiFi, excellent location, helpful staff.

Small rooms, odd furnishing. Very modern furnishing with very old doors, floors, etc. Windows open into a small courtyard about 2 meter wide, view of a wall.

The units are fabulous, fairly quiet with comfy beds and black out curtains, for example.

We thought that the staff people on duty were particularly friendly and helpful. The location is great for a sf family adventure weekend.

If would have been nice if there had been a bathtub in the larger room. I should have inquired about that ahead of time.
